'WelcomingOurWorld' offers FREE Customer Service Training in preparation 2012!

The 'WelcomingOurWorld' training courses are part of a drive for world class customer service and aims to create a beacon of excellence right here in Dorset.

Nominations are being encouraged for 150 candidates to be trained as Customer Service Champions, each candidate will be sponsered to attend the training through either there local councils or through the Tourism Skills Netwrok South West.

Whether you see yourself as part of the 2012 experience or simply want to be part of a winning team, this four-day training package is here for you, your staff and your business.
